Reporting to the group’s Collaboration Director, your role is to help drive the implementation of the company’s roadmap for collaboration. This roadmap includes specific streams as follows:

  • Promoting widespread adoption of our digital workplace, which is based on two principal platforms, namely GSuite and Workplace by Facebook; 

  • Accompanying the creation and nurturing of thriving communities, including technical and functional communities of practice, communities of interest and expert networks; 

  • Rethinking the company’s approach to knowledge management and capitalization (past missions, methodologies, and so on), with the objective of increasing its capacity as a learning organization.

It is an exciting playing field with multiple dimensions and stakeholders; our aim is to promote ways of working together within and across entities in order to produce value for both employees and business, in line with our One Devoteam vision. Working closely with the Collaboration Director, you will be a capable and responsive change agent navigating in this dynamic environment; facilitating, creating, coordinating, informing and accompanying, using a wide range of technical skills and soft skills. 

You will be a visible advocate & ambassador of collaboration and especially, of our online communities, working closely with the communities themselves and with top management, in their important role of sponsors and leaders. 

Ultimately, you will contribute to empowering our organization and employees to better inform, communicate, connect and collaborate. These factors are essential for deep engagement, feeding higher motivation, effectiveness and productivity, and promoting our positive culture. 

In particular you support the Collaboration Director in strengthening collaboration across the organisation as follows: 

  • Identify user’s needs, shape the platforms and design communities reaching their specific purposes;

  • Identify and accompany key internal stakeholders, including management, corporate functions, ambassadors, community leaders, and end users;   

  • Gather and analyze feedback, leverage on measurement tools to provide progress reports and engagement metrics to ensure accuracy, efficiency, impact, and value for money; 

  • Monitoring, moderation, response and escalation of community activity; 

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new users and connections among users;

  • Promote and highlight ideal member behavior;

  • Manage and administer (in partnership with the IT department) community and collaboration platforms and tools;

  • Technical support: analyze new features and recommend tools and features useful for producing value;

  • Create content in alignment with Devoteam brand identity standards and communication guidelines;

  • Develop innovative communication approaches (intranet, videos, digital screens, presentations, conferences, and e-mails);

  • Provide corporate templates and tools (newsletter, templates and guidelines) to all departments;

  • Curate, manage and share engaging content across our digital workplace, including the social collaborative platform.

In this mission, we work closely with HR and communication across the organisation as they too are essential contributors to ensuring a positive employee experience.


Required experience

  • Masters degree, preferably in Communications or a related field, with at least 5 years’ experience of collaboration and community management or equivalent, with excellent content creation experience;

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English and French; a persuasive communicator to internal audiences (English native / bilingual English French). Other European languages would be a plus.

  • Experience in developing content for company-wide communications 

  • Demonstrated experience utilizing intranets, Social Media, video and/or other technological communication tools and methodologies;

  • Strong collaboration and KM competencies;

  • Experience in working with a range of stakeholders, with different cultural backgrounds and preferences;

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;

  • B2B IT Service experience desirable.
